Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FastAds ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use FastAds for personal or commercial ad creation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on FastAds
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

FastAds offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees for your chosen plan.

Billing

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create ads that violate Facebook's advertising policies
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Facebook Compliance

You must comply with Facebook's Platform Policy and Data Policy. FastAds is not responsible for ads rejected by Facebook.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FastAds and its licensors.

You retain ownership of your ad content, but grant us a license to use it for service provision and improvement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FastAds, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
